Park ‘n Swap welcomes vendors of both new and used merchandise. So, whether you are starting a new business, liquidating product from a business that’s closing or overstocked, or you are just cleaning out the garage, we have spaces for you.
Maybe you are selling phone service, cable, or satellite service, or perhaps you have an event to advertise. Maybe you are a mortgage company or realtor. Maybe you are a travel agent or wanting to market a new product. Park ‘n Swap can accommodate your needs as well.
Vendors can purchase spaces for any day within the current month. We also have Monthly Rental Agreements for vendors who want to sell on a regular basis in the same location each time.
Park ‘n Swap offers containers to rent for vendors who want to store their merchandise either on the property or at their space. We also have permanent building locations available for storefronts and storage.
And don’t miss Auto Row on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. For $20.00, individuals can display vehicles for sale. Remember, only vehicles may be sold in Auto Row. Vendors can bring their vehicles at 4pm on Wednesday and at 8am on Saturday and Sunday.
Booth rental fees are extremely affordable and offer a variety of options. Cash and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted.
